Power on your Putter and open WiFi settings on your phone or laptop. Connect to the EasyTapIn-XXXXXX WiFi network (password: easytapin). A setup page opens automatically where you can select your home WiFi. For detailed instructions, visit setup.easytapin.com.
Make sure your Putter is powered on. The EasyTapIn-XXXXXX network appears within a few seconds of powering up. If it doesn't show up, try power cycling the device. The network name includes a unique 6-character code specific to your Putter.
After connecting to the Putter's WiFi, open any browser and go to http://easytapin-xxxxxx.local (replace xxxxxx with the six characters after "EasyTapIn-" in the WiFi name). If that doesn't work, try 192.168.4.1/setup as a fallback.
The pairing code is generated after your Putter connects to WiFi and registers with the cloud. This can take up to 30 seconds. If you don't receive a code, make sure your WiFi password was correct and that your router has internet access. You can always visit pair.easytapin.com — the code will appear once the device is online.
Double-check the WiFi password. The Putter supports 2.4 GHz networks only — if your router broadcasts a 5 GHz-only network, it won't appear in the scan. Try moving the Putter closer to your router and scanning again. If the connection keeps failing, power cycle the Putter and retry.
